CLass Description

Strength X:

A high-energy, full-body class that blends strength training with functional conditioning. Expect a mix of barbell, dumbbell, and bodyweight movements designed to build lean muscle, boost endurance, and improve overall athletic performance. Each session combines structured strength work with interval-style conditioning for a total-body challenge suitable for all fitness levels.

 

Full Body Fusion:

Get ready to move! This high-energy circuit class is designed to get your heart pumping, muscles burning, and endorphins soaring. You'll tackle fun, full-body and core-focused rounds that leave you feeling strong, sweaty, and ready to take on the day!

 

Mom strong:

Built by mamas, for mamas, this class offers the same high-intensity fun as Full Body Fusion, but allows mamas to bring their littles with them and to incorporate them in their self-care activities! Littles will be on the mat besides mamas, and are welcome to bring their favorite toys or bouncers to keep them engaged!
